There are FOUR phases to the Greenhouse:

1. The "FIRST Story" is a 3-day intensive that focuses on missional living resulting in new "organic" churches. An initial "download" if you please, of the philosophy and concepts of organic church planting.

The sessions in the FIRST STORY Training will be:

Session 1: Foundations for Organic Church Planting

Session 2: Cultivating the Soil of People's Hearts

Session 3: Sowing the Kingdom Seed

Session 4: Growing the Life of the Kingdom

Session 5: Organic Church Planting Q&A--Go & DO it

2. The FIRST Story is followed by the development of a "Monthly Greenhouse Regional Gatherings". Local practitioners gather once a month to worship, share stories, support one another and continue to learn about being missional disciples and leaders.

3. Approximately a year after the FIRST Story, Greenhouse trainers return for the "SECOND Story". This training experience focuses on developing and reproducing healthy leaders, churches, and networks.

ORGANIC Church Planters GREENHOUSE- The Second Story: Organically multiplying leaders, churches, and movements

The sessions in the SECOND STORY Training will be:

Session 1: Foundations for the Inside-Out & Upside-Down Kingdom

Session 2: Tending the Churches for Health and Fruitfulness

Session 3: Harvesting Crops of Disciple-making Leaders and Churches

Session 4: Propagating for the Discipling of the Nations

Session 5: Organic Multiplication Q&A--Go & DO it

(CMA Resources can also send an additional training team to offer the FIRST Story to those who have been brought toward organic ideas over the previous year. These trainings can be simultaneous.)

4. Another year of regional monthly gatherings follows. Again, the intention is to spur one another on to the kind of love and good deeds that brings God glory in local and global harvest fields.

And that is the goal of the Greenhouse overall: the glory of the King through the transformation of all peoples - disciples, leaders, neighborhoods, and nations.
