Registration & Costs
We want to do this Gathering as cheaply as possible, so here are the simple registration costs:
Early Bird Registration - $35 per adult (through March 14)
Regular Registration - $45 per adult (March 15-April 1)
Online Registration Has Ended. You can register at the event. Please RSVP here to Mike plans so can be made.
If you are bringing children (17 & under) you don't need to pay for them, but please let us know your children's names and ages in the "Order Comments" box when checking out.
This registration will include two continental breakfasts, plus access to all the sessions and fun at the Gathering!
Camp Site Registration
To keep the costs low, we are also offering camp sites in the city park where the Gathering will be held. We are being required by the City of Globe to pay $10 per adult for the park usage for those who use a camp site and who are also registered for the Gathering.
This camp site is essentially a piece of ground designated for you with some onsite bathroom facilities, limited showers and trash pickup. You must bring your own tent and gear (see the What to Bring page for suggestions). Camp sites will be assigned.
If you are bringing children (17 & under) you don't need to pay for them, but please let us know in the "Order Comments" Box how many people will be at your campsite.
Please register your spouse / other adults staying on your campsite at one time in the checkout process, please include:
1) number of adults in the quantity box in the cart
2) the number of people (adults and children) in your campsite so we can plan accordingly.
RV Parking Registration
In an additional effort to keep the costs low, we are offering limited RV Parking in the city park where the Gathering will be held. We are being required by the City of Globe to pay $10 per adult for the park usage for those who use the RV Parking and who are also registered for the Gathering.
This RV Parking area is essentially a piece of ground designated for you with some onsite bathroom facilities, limited showers and trash pickup. You must bring your own gear (see the What to Bring page for suggestions). If you are bringing children (17 & under) you don't need to pay for them.
Please register your spouse / other adults staying in your RV at one time in the checkout process, please include:
1) number of adults in the quantity box in the cart
2) the number of people (adults and children) staying in your RV so we can plan accordingly.

Online Registration will be closed on April 1
